2. Are there professional standards for the coaching industry?
Yes, different coaching associations will have their code of ethics, core competencies, accreditation processes. Dr Hee Soo Yin is a credentialed Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a credentialed Certified Master of Career Services (CMCS) with the National Career Development Association (NCDA).
